Wash and detangle
Wash day
Shampoo, a conditioning step and a slow detangle, done in sections by someone who works with your pattern.
For clients who want wash day handled, whether it's a reset between styles or the start of a new look. Book a wash and detangle on its own, add a finished style, or come in after twists for a take-down and detangle.

Step 2: Shampoo and condition
A gentle shampoo, then a conditioning step left on while we work.
- 0325 min
Step 3: Detangle
Slowly, from the ends up, with your fingers and a wide comb, re-wetting any section that resists.
- 0415 min
Step 4: Dry and finish

Questions about this service
How often should I come?
As often as your scalp and your style need. We'll talk about a rhythm at your consultation, and it can change with the season.
Do I need to detangle before I come?
No. Come as you are, and tell us how your hair has been. Detangling is part of the appointment.
Do you use heat?
Only if you ask for it. A wash and detangle is dried under a diffuser or stretched with a blow-dryer on a setting we agree with you.
