How pricing works
We don't print prices on this site. They depend on your hair, and they show when you book.
What decides the price
Your price comes from how much time and product your hair needs, and who does it.
Length and density
The technique: a cut, a twist-out, a silk press or color
Time in the chair
Products used
Your stylist's level
What the consultation covers
Every new client starts here. We look at your hair, talk through your routine and your history (relaxers, color, heat) and what you want, then agree a plan and a time estimate. Color and silk presses start with one, and you get a written quote before we begin. Whether it is charged, and whether it is credited toward your service, is the studio's call and shows when you book.
Deposits
Services marked "Deposit to book" hold a stylist's time with a deposit. It goes toward your service, and the amount shows when you book.
Read the policiesHow levels set the price
Each stylist has a level: owner, senior stylist or stylist. A higher level costs more for the same service, and the booking page shows each stylist's level before you choose.
Meet the stylistsAdd-ons and changes on the day
A gloss, an extra conditioning step, a different length or a change on the day is priced and agreed with you before we do it. Nothing is added without asking.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. They go to the stylist who did your hair.
